INFORMATION ABOUT PHARMAZON HOMECARE PHARMACY SERVICE
We are always looking for ways of helping patients with expensive pharmacy charges in the highly regulated area of prescribing controlled medications.
I am delighted to announce that we are changing prescribing partners to the very lovely Pharmazon HomeCare. They are a specialist home delivery pharmacy service working exclusively with ADHD Consultancy Ltd to help manage your prescription medication. Their dedicated team of Pharmacists and Dispensers are responsible for ensuring you receive a smooth service from the time the prescription is issued to the time it is delivered to you.
Initially, you request your prescription from ADHD Consultancy Ltd. When Pharmazon receive your prescription they will contact you by email on the same day to notify you and inform you of the cost of your medication and send you a secure link where you can make payment. Once payment is made, they will despatch your medication delivery. If you pay before 3pm on a weekday, they will post it out the same day by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, packed in a secure, tamper proof box that protects the medication during delivery. The service guarantees to deliver securely to your home or agreed delivery location before 1pm weekdays.
When your medication is despatched from the pharmacy, you will receive either a text or email notification with the tracking number for your delivery. This can be tracked using the Royal Mail Link below. You can reschedule your delivery date and/or location if needed using the Royal Mail portal. www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
As an extra security measure to ensure the delivery is made to you safely and securely, you will be required to sign for your delivery or allow the driver to confirm the delivery has been made with a photo/proof of delivery process. If you are in a building where the delivery can be made to multiple occupants or recipients, we can add an extra level of security where the delivery will require you to provide proof of ID to receive the delivery.
